1 1/2 oz of ginger liqueur
1 oz of Lemon Juice
3/4 oz of Herbal Liqueur
1/4 oz of simple syrup
8 drop of bitters
1 cube of candied ginger (or ginger)
1 dash of club soda (or clear soda)
Shake with ice, strain into a white wine glass filled with ice, add a splash of club and garnish with candied ginger cube.
