Ingredients

2 oz of Mezcal (alt: tequila)
1 oz of Lime Juice
1/2 oz of Honey Syrup
1/2 oz of ginger liqueur
3 slice of Cucumber

Instructions

Muddle cucumber. Add other ingredients to glass and shake with ice. Double strain into rocks glass with one large ice cube. Add additional slice of cucumber as garnish.
