Bubbling Pineapple Punch - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 qt of club soda (alt: clear soda)
  • 46 oz of can pineapple juice (alt: cashew fruit juice)
  • 3 cup of apricot nectar
  • 1 of quartpineapple sorbet (alt: cupsraspberry sorbet)

    • Instructions

    Combine chilled pineapple juice and apricot nectar in a large punch bowl. Add club soda and sherbet just before serving. Makes 25-30 servings.
