1 qt of club soda (or clear soda)
46 oz of can pineapple juice (or cashew fruit juice)
3 cup of apricot nectar
1 of quartpineapple sorbet (or cupsraspberry sorbet)
Combine chilled pineapple juice and apricot nectar in a large punch bowl. Add club soda and sherbet just before serving. Makes 25-30 servings.
