Brazilian Monk - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 oz of dark creme de cacao (alt: chocolate liqueur)
  • 1/2 oz of Dry Sherry (alt: fortified wine)
  • 1 oz of Kahlua coffee liqueur (alt: coffee liqueur)
  • 1 oz of Frangelico hazelnut liqueur (alt: hazelnut liqueur)
  • 4 tbsp of vanilla ice cream (alt: ice cream)

Instructions

Pour into a collins glass and blend briefly. Garnish with a mint leaf and cherry, and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
