1 oz of dark creme de cacao (or chocolate liqueur)
1/2 oz of Dry Sherry (or fortified wine)
1 oz of Kahlua coffee liqueur (or coffee liqueur)
1 oz of Frangelico hazelnut liqueur (or Hazelnut Liqueur)
4 tbsp of vanilla ice cream (or ice cream)
Pour into a collins glass and blend briefly. Garnish with a mint leaf and cherry, and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
