2 oz of Mango juice
1/2 oz of Pineapple Juice
1 oz of Bacardi white rum (or Light Rum)
1/2 oz of gomme syrup (or simple syrup)
Combine all ingredients in Boston shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain on a highball with ice. Garnish with mango cubes and a pineapple leaf in a fruit pick.
