Lychee Love Cocktail
Mixed Drink Recipe from Cocktail Builder
1 1/2 oz of soho lychee liqueur (or Lychee Liqueur)
6 oz of Mango juice
1/2 oz of malibu pineapple rum (or pineapple rum)
1 dash of grenadine syrup
Blend all ingredients except grenadine with ice. Add grenadine down the side of the glass to create a 'sunrise' effect. \r
Use pure mango juice as it is 100% fruit juice, instead of a mango nectar (~20% fruit juice) or mango fruit drink (~6%), as it improves the flavour.\r
More or less grenadine can be added to taste.
