2 cup of sliced strawberries (or strawberries)
8 oz of plain or vanilla yoghurt (or yoghurt)
14 of condensed ozsweetened milk
2 cup of scrushed ice (or ice)
In blender container, combine ingredients; blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Refrigerate or freeze leftovers.\r

Omit fruit; add 1/2 cup chocolate-flavored syrup and 2 to 3 candy bars, broken. Proceed as above.
