1/3 cup of frozen blueberries (or blueberry)
1 tbsp of soymilk
2 of peeled, chunked bananas (or banana)
1/2 cup of Orange Juice
1 cup of hulled strawberries (or strawberries)
1/2 cup of splain yoghurt (or yoghurt)
Combine ingredients in a blender, and serve in tall glasses.
