3 oz of peaches
1 tsp of Maraschino liqueur (or cherry liqueur)
1 oz of stoli persik vodka
1-2 oz of chilled brut champagne (or Champagne)
Puree ripe peaches by forcing them through a sieve and spoon into a large, chilled wine goblet. Sweeten to taste with maraschino liqueur. Add vodka, fill with chilled champagne, and serve.
