Bellinski - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 oz of peaches
  • 1 tsp of Maraschino liqueur (alt: cherry liqueur)
  • 1 oz of stoli persik vodka
  • 1-2 oz of chilled brut champagne (alt: champagne)

    • Instructions

    Puree ripe peaches by forcing them through a sieve and spoon into a large, chilled wine goblet. Sweeten to taste with maraschino liqueur. Add vodka, fill with chilled champagne, and serve.
