Bellinski - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 oz of peaches
- 1 tsp of Maraschino liqueur (alt: cherry liqueur)
- 1 oz of stoli persik vodka
- 1-2 oz of chilled brut champagne (alt: champagne)
Instructions
Puree ripe peaches by forcing them through a sieve and spoon into a large, chilled wine goblet. Sweeten to taste with maraschino liqueur. Add vodka, fill with chilled champagne, and serve.More cocktails with peach
