1 oz of Dark rum
1/2 oz of bourbon whiskey
4 oz of hot chocolate
2 tsp of galliano herbal liqueur (or Herbal Liqueur)
1/4 tsp of grated, bittersweet chocolate (or chocolate chips)
2 oz of whipped heavy cream (or Pistachio Ice Cream)
Pour the rum, bourbon whiskey, galliano and hot chocolate into an irish coffee cup or glass. Spoon the cream carefully so that it floats on top of the drink. Garnish with grated chocolate shavings, and serve.
