Big Chill #2 - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 oz of Dark rum
- 1 oz of cream
- 1/2 tsp of sugar
- 1 oz of Kahlua coffee liqueur (alt: coffee liqueur)
- 4 oz of cold coffee (alt: coffee)
- 1 oz of vanilla ice cream (alt: ice cream)
Instructions
Pour the dark rum, Kahlua, coffee, cream and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass 2/3 filled with ice cubes. Top with vanilla ice cream, and serve.More cocktails with dark rum
