14 oz of can sweetened condensed milk (or condensed milk)
2 of flavored cupsvanilla protein whey
1/2 cup of ice
1/4 cup of Maple Syrup
1/2 cup of milk
2 of peeled, pitted and cubed avocados (or Avocado)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve in tall stylish glasses.
