1 1/2 oz of Light Rum
6 oz of Pineapple Juice
1 of ripe frozen banana (or banana)
3 oz of la preferida cream of coconut (or coconut syrup)
Fill blender about 1/4 full with ice. Add all ingredients to blender. Blend to a smooth consistency. Serve in either a hurricane glass or a tall glass or goblet. Garnish with a pineapple spear is optional.\r
