3/4 oz of creme de cacao (or chocolate liqueur)
1 oz of Light Rum
4 oz of Evaporated Milk (or condensed milk)
3/4 oz of amaretto almond liqueur (or almond liqueur)
1 oz of grenadine syrup
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well. Pour over ice in a tall glass, and serve.
