2 1/4 oz of absinthe
1 dash of Anise
3/4 oz of water
1/2 tsp of gomme syrup (or simple syrup)
1 dash of orange bitters
1 dash of bitters
1 tsp of egg white (or egg)
1 twist of Lime Peel
1 twist of lemon peel
Serve over crushed ice with twists for garnish.
