2 oz of Jamaican rum (or Gold Rum)
3/4 oz of passionfruit syrup
3/4 oz of Lime Juice
1/2 oz of Pineapple Juice
1/4 oz of Maraschino liqueur (or cherry liqueur)
1/4 oz of campari
pineapple
maraschino cherry (or cherry)
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients and shake. Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry. This recipe is courtesy of Lost Lake in Chicago.
