2 pieces of lemons
2 oz of Canadian whisky (or whiskey)
1 oz of water
3 of mint
1 of small peach (or Peach)
1/2 oz of simple syrup
Muddle all ingredients except whiskey in a bar glass. Add whiskey, and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass, garnish with a sprig of mint and a peach slice, and serve.
