green pearl tea (or Thai Tea)
1 oz of zen green tea liqueur (or Mint liqueur)
0.5 oz of stoli citros absolut citron vodka
2 oz of eki traditional sake rice wine (or icewine)
Add 5 green pearl tea leaves to the bottom of a chilled martini glass. Twist a spiral of lemon peel over the drink (pith-side inward) and rub the yellow part of the twist around the rim of the glass for added flavour. Shake and serve.
