1 1/2 oz of Tequila
1 oz of Lemon Juice
1/2 oz of St Germain (or Elderflower Cordial)
1/2 oz of Triple Sec
1/2 oz of ginger syrup
4 cube of pineapple
3 dash of Peychaud's Bitters
In a shaker, start by muddling the pineapple chunks. Add all other ingredients, shake with ice, double strain into coupe. Garnish with lime slice.
