1 oz of white creme de cacao (or chocolate liqueur)
4 oz of strawberry puree
1 oz of whipping cream
2 oz of whipped cream
1/2 oz of kirschwasser cherry brandy (or Cherry brandy)
1/2 oz of amaretto almond liqueur (or almond liqueur)
Blend all ingredients (except whipped cream) briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice in a pina colada glass. Top with whipped cream, garnish with a strawberry, add straws and serve.
