1 dash of Rose water
1 1/2 oz of Blanco tequila (or Tequila)
1/2 oz of sweet vermouth
1 part of orange peel
1 dash of campari
Rinse cocktail glass with rosewater. Stir tequila and carpano and strain into glass. Garnish with flamed orange zest and add a few drops of campari to the surface.
