1/4 oz of Rose water
1/2 oz of St Germain (or Elderflower Cordial)
3/4 tsp of Peychaud's Bitters
3/4 tsp of bitters
3/4 tsp of grapefruit bitters
3/4 tsp of peach bitters
2 oz of sparkling white wine (or Champagne)
1 twist of lemon peel
Rinse the glass with the rose water. Add bitters and St. Germain to glass and stir. Top with chilled sparkling wine and garnish.
