1 oz of Brandy
1 oz of Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp of superfine sugar (or sugar)
1/2 tsp of grenadine syrup
2 oz of ruby port (or port)
Pour the port, brandy, lemon juice, sugar and grenadine into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well and pour into an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge, and serve.
