2 oz of gold rum
1 tsp of Lime Juice
1 pinch of brown sugar (or sugar)
1 tsp of sugar syrup (or simple syrup)
1/2 tsp of cynar artichoke liqueur (or Alize Bleu Liqueur)
1 oz of sherry (or fortified wine)
Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into glass.
