Pineapple Mint Mojito - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 oz of pineapple rum
- 1/2 oz of Pineapple Juice
- 1/4 oz of simple syrup
- 12 of pineapple mint (alt: peppermint extract)
- 4 of lime
Instructions
Lightly muddle lime and pineapple mint leaves with simple syrup in sugar-rimmed collins glass and then fill with ice. In cocktail shaker, briefly shake rum and pineapple juice with ice and strain into glass and top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.More cocktails with pineapple rum
