1 1/2 oz of Light Rum
1 dash of Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp of superfine sugar (or sugar)
1 oz of peach schnapps
1/4 cup of Lime Juice
1 cup of crushed ice (or ice)
1/2 oz of Apricot Brandy
1 cup of frozen peaches (or Peach)
Combine the peaches, lime juice, rum, schnapps, brandy, vanilla, and sugar in the blender until smooth. Slowly add the ice with the blender running and process until smooth. Serve in chilled cocktail glasses.
