Peach West Indies - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of white rum (alt: light rum)
- 3 drops of Rose's lime juice (alt: lime juice)
- 3 drops of Maraschino liqueur (alt: cherry liqueur)
- 1/2 of peeled peach (alt: peach)
Instructions
Peel and slice the half-peach and add with the white rum, maraschino liqueur and Rose's lime juice to a blender. Add 3-oz of crushed ice. Blend for 10-20 seconds. Strain into a champagne saucer, and serve.More cocktails with light rum
