2 oz of Bailey's Irish Cream (or Irish Cream)
2 oz of Kahlua coffee liqueur (or coffee liqueur)
1 splash of Frangelico hazelnut liqueur (or Hazelnut Liqueur)
6 of black hot coffee (or coffee)
Pour coffee over crushed ice, or small ice cubes, in a blender. Add all other ingredients and blend on high speed until desired consistency.
