1 1/2 oz of whipped cream
1 package of cocoa powder
1 oz of Bacardi 151 rum (or overproof rum)
1 oz of rumple minze peppermint liqueur (or Peppermint Liqueur)
8 oz of hot water (or water)
Mix hot chocolate as per usual (in a 12 oz. glass or larger) and add liquors. Top with whipped cream.
