3 oz of whipping cream
3 oz of Pineapple Juice
1 oz of Hennessy Cognac (or Cognac)
3 oz of amarula cream liqueur (or cream liqueur)
Combine all ingredients togehter in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and empty contents into a pina-colada glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, and serve.
