1 1/2 oz of red wine
1 of cinnamon
1/2 oz of honey
1 1/2 oz of Dark rum
1 of lemon
1 of pinchgrated nutmeg (or nutmeg)
Pre-warm a coffee mug and dissolve the honey in a bit of boiling water in the bottom. Add the rest of the ingredients (except nutmeg) and fill with hot water. Stir well and garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
