2 oz of Irish whiskey (or whiskey)
1/2 oz of Islay Scotch (or whiskey)
1/2 oz of Drambuie (or Honey liqueur)
3 dash of bitters
1 dash of sweet vermouth
1 twist of lemon peel
1 sprig of mint
Shake and pour over ice into highball glass. Garnish with lemon twist and mint.
