1 cup of ice
1 tsp of powered lemonade (or Hard Lemonade)
1 cup of fresh blueberries (or blueberry)
1 cup of fresh strawberries (or strawberries)
1/2 cup of skim milk (or milk)
8 oz of blueberry nonfat yoghurt (or yoghurt)
Place yogurt, milk, ice cubes, blueberries, strawberries, and lemonade mix in a blender. Pulse until smooth and creamy.
