1 1/3 oz of white rum (or Light Rum)
2/3 oz of white creme de cacao (or chocolate liqueur)
1/3 oz of Lime Juice
1/3 oz of blackcurrant juice
1 oz of whipped cream
1 tsp of sugar
Shake ingredients and strain into a champagne saucer. Float cream on top, garnish with a twist of orange peel, and serve.
