1 1/2 oz of Light Rum
1 oz of whipping cream
1/4 cup of Pineapple Juice
1 1/2 oz of Midori melon liqueur (or watermelon liqueur)
1 1/5 cup of crushed ice (or ice)
2 oz of cream of coconut
2 of Kiwis
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in pina colada glasses.
