Jeremiah - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/3 oz of creme de cacao (alt: chocolate liqueur)
- 1/3 oz of Kahlua coffee liqueur (alt: coffee liqueur)
- milk
- 1/3 oz of white creme de menthe (alt: mint liqueur)
- ice
Instructions
