3/4 oz of amaretto almond liqueur (or almond liqueur)
1/2 oz of dark creme de cacao (or chocolate liqueur)
3 oz of Pineapple Juice
3/4 oz of jamaican dark rum (or Dark rum)
3/4 oz of Kahlua coffee liqueur (or coffee liqueur)
Combine amaretto, Jamaican rum, Kahlua and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a sour glass. Add dark creme de cacao to the top of the drink.
