1 oz of Amaretto (alt: almond liqueur)
1 oz of peach schnapps
Orange Juice
4 oz of Perrier sparkling natural mineral water (alt: sparkling water)
orange peel

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker partially filled with ice, mix amaretto, peach schnapps and orange juice. Shake well. Pour mixture, including ice, into an old fashioned glass and top off with Perrier. Garnish with an orange twist.
