Irish Maid - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 slice of Cucumber
- 2 oz of Irish whiskey (alt: whiskey)
- 1/2 oz of St Germain (alt: elderflower cordial)
- 3/4 oz of Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz of simple syrup
- 1 slice of Cucumber
Instructions
In a shaker, muddle the cucumber slices. Add remaining ingredients and fill shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, and fine-strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a cucumber slice.More cocktails with cucumber
