1 1/2 oz of Pineapple Juice
1 oz of white rum (or Light Rum)
1 oz of Vodka
3/4 oz of Orange Juice
3/4 oz of Coconut Cream
1/4 oz of cream
1/4 oz of galliano herbal liqueur (or Herbal Liqueur)
Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker, and strain into a large highball glass with crushed ice. Add pineapple chunks, and serve.
