Combine all ingredients, except sparkling water, with cracked ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain over ice cubes into a chilled highball glass. Fill with sparkling water and stir gently.
Serve in collins glass.
Garnish with raspberry and lime wedge.

Had this at Old Street Records and loved it. Made it first time myself and tastes great. I've used fever tree ginger ale rather than beer and am not sure if the difference, but tastes nice and balanced
