1 1/2 oz of Brandy
1 oz of ruby port (or port)
1 tsp of superfine sugar (or sugar)
1/2 oz of Light Cream
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 of egg
Pour the brandy, port, egg, sugar and cream into a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a dusting of nutmeg, and serve.
