1 oz of Butterscotch Schnapps
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 oz of Bailey's Irish Cream (or Irish Cream)
Pour Bailey's irish cream and butterscotch schnapps into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Add a couple of dashes of cinnamon. Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass. Dust wth cinnamon, and serve.
