3 tbsp of unsalted peanut butter (or Butterscotch Schnapps)
1/2 cup of soymilk
1/2 cup of tofu
1/2 of mixed cupfrozen berries (or raspberry)
1 cup of Orange Juice
1 of banana
2 tbsp of aloe vera juice (or Prune Juice)
1 of peeled kiwi (or Kiwis)
1/2 of plain cupnonfat yoghurt (or yoghurt)
1/2 of apple
In a blender, combine banana, apple, kiwi, mixed berries and orange juice. Blend until smooth. Add soy milk, yogurt, tofu, peanut butter, aloe vera juice, and barley grass powder. Blend again until well blended. Pour into glasses and serve.
