2 tsp of sugar
3 oz of milagro blanco tequila (or Tequila)
3/4-1 oz of Lemon Juice
with top club soda (or clear soda)
1/4-1/2 of Lime Juice
3 of fresh mint (or mint)
1. Juice a lemon and a lime half; cut into wedges and add into a cocktail shaker along with the mint leaves and sugar (use superfine sugar or simple syrup if available). Muddle ingredients to release oils from the mint leaves.\r
2. Add the tequila, lemon and lime juices and club soda; stir and serve over ice in a highball glass.
