3 1/2 oz of cream
1 oz of Frangelico hazelnut liqueur (or Hazelnut Liqueur)
2 oz of coconut rum
1 dash of chocolate syrup
2 oz of Bailey's Irish Cream (or Irish Cream)
1/2 oz of melted chocolate (or chocolate chips)
Place the chocolate syrup around the glass then place the other ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into glass.
