1 1/2 oz of milk
1 oz of creme de cacao (or chocolate liqueur)
1 oz of Absolut vodka (or Vodka)
1 of halved andes chocolate mint (or Peppermint Syrup)
While chilling a cocktail glass, shake vodka, creme de cacao, and milk. Pour into the chilled cocktail glass over 1/2 chunk of Andes mint chocolate candy, and serve.
