Mixed Drink Recipe from Cocktail Builder

1 1/2 oz of milk
1 oz of creme de cacao (or chocolate liqueur)
1 oz of Absolut vodka (or Vodka)
1 of halved andes chocolate mint (or Peppermint Syrup)
