2 oz of Gin
1 tbsp of raspberry syrup
1 of egg
1 of Lemon Juice
Pour the gin, lemon juice and raspberry syrup and egg white into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well, strain into an old-fashioned glass 1/2 filled with ice cubes, and serve.
Serve in coupe glass.
Garnish with orange zest twist.
