Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of Passion-fruit Syrup
- 2 tsp of Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz of egg
- 1/2 oz of strega herbal liqueur (alt: herbal liqueur)
- 1/2 oz of Light Rum
Instructions
Combine all ingredients with 1/2 cup crushed ice in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a champagne flute and serve.More cocktails with passionfruit syrup
