Pieces of Eight - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz of Puerto Rican Rum (alt: light rum)
  • 1 1/2 oz of Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 oz of Passion fruit syrup
  • 1/2 oz of Lime Juice
  • 4 oz of crushed ice (alt: ice)

    • Instructions

    Blend everything and pour unstrained into a tall glass and top with more crushed ice.
